Shelf Life—After School Program

Calling all book lovers! Curious about how to make books? Want to write your own book of poems, stories, graphic fiction, or anything else you can dream up?

In eight amazing afternoons we’ll do all kinds of bookish things, including folding and sewing pages together, printing, as well as drafting, designing, drawing, doodling, writing, and revising. Learn how books are made, and try your hand at making your own!

All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged. For 4th-8th graders.

4:00-5:30pm on Wednesdays at Hive Center for the Book Arts, 840 Custer Ave. Evanston, IL 60202
